Ricky serves as the Head of Security at Safe Harbor Hybrid, bringing more than four decades of experience in public safety and security. He began his career with Fire and Rescue Services, where he served for 10 years before transitioning into the security industry, where he has dedicated the past 33 years. Throughout his career, Ricky has served as a State-Certified Instructor for both Armed and Unarmed Security Officers, as well as a Range Master, Security Manager, and Director of Security. His extensive experience, leadership, and commitment to safety make him an invaluable part of the Safe Harbor team. Ricky met his wife while working in the security industry, and they have been happily married for 31 years. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing, hunting, and spending quality time with his family.
