Safe Harbor Hybrid Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 13, 2026 Effective: October 2026
Safe Harbor Hybrid, LLC ("Safe Harbor," "we," "us") is a private hybrid Pre-K–12 Christian school at 4040 Murfreesboro Rd, Franklin, TN 37067. This policy explains what information we collect through our website, https://www.safeharborhybrid.com, and our online admissions pages, how we use it, and the choices you have.
This policy covers our website only. It does not cover student educational records, which we handle under our school policies and applicable law, including the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) where it applies.
Who this site is for
Our website is written for parents, guardians, and other adults who want to learn about our school. It is not directed to children.
Information you give us
- Tour booking form. When you book a tour, we collect the details you enter, such as your name, email, phone number, preferred date and time, how many students you are considering, and their grade levels.
- Inquiry and application forms (FACTS). Our inquiry, account, and application forms are provided by FACTS Management (a Nelnet company) on FACTS-hosted pages (such as factsmgt.com and renweb.com), either linked from or embedded in our site. Information you enter there goes to FACTS and to us. FACTS acts as our service provider: under our written agreement it processes this information on our behalf and under our instructions, may not sell or share it for its own purposes, must keep it confidential and secure, and must delete or return it at our direction when our services end. FACTS also uses its own cookies and similar technologies on its pages. You can read FACTS's Privacy Policy and its notice about information collected from children under 13.
- Chat widget. The Ask Safe Harbor chat on our site is our own widget. Replies are generated by xAI's Grok. If you use it, the messages you type and any contact details you share are sent to xAI to generate the reply, and we save them so our staff can review and improve the answers.
- Email and phone. If you email or call us, we receive your message and contact information.
Please don't send us sensitive information, such as medical or financial details, through the chat or website forms unless we ask for it through a secure process.
Information collected automatically
When you visit our site or FACTS admissions pages, we and our service providers use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to collect information such as pages viewed, links clicked, the site that referred you, approximate location (from IP address), device and browser type, and whether you completed actions like booking a tour or submitting an inquiry. We use:
- Google Analytics 4 on our website and our FACTS admissions pages, to understand how visitors find and use our site and how many families start inquiries and applications.
- Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram), to measure visits and actions such as clicking the inquiry form (a "Lead") or booking a tour (a "Schedule"), and to measure and improve our ads on Facebook and Instagram. Meta may connect this information with your Meta account under Meta's own terms.
- Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights, to count visits and measure how quickly our pages load.
- Google reCAPTCHA on FACTS forms, to block spam and abuse. reCAPTCHA is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
