Rachel O'Nan

Rachel O'Nan serves as the Academic Director for Math & Science and teaches 4th grade on T/TH at Safe Harbor Hybrid, where she is passionate about helping students, teachers, and families flourish in a Christ-centered learning environment. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education and experience in both public and hybrid education, Rachel brings a love for academic excellence, intentional leadership, and biblical discipleship. As a homeschool mom, she understands the value of partnering with families and is dedicated to creating an elementary program where children are challenged, encouraged, and deeply known. Rachel especially enjoys mentoring teachers, strengthening curriculum, and fostering a culture where students grow in both faith and learning. Outside of Safe Harbor, Rachel loves spending time with her husband and two daughters. Whether they’re traveling to the beach, enjoying days at the lake, or visiting family, she treasures making memories together. Rachel considers it a privilege to serve the Safe Harbor community and is excited to see all God has in store for the students and families entrusted to its care.
