Lauren Smith

Lauren is a native of Franklin, Tennessee, and has lived in both Spring Hill and Clarksville. While living in Clarksville, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Education from Austin Peay State University. Lauren has been married to her amazing husband, Steven Smith, for thirteen years, and together they have two handsome sons, John and Jeremiah. For more than ten years, she has been passionate about captivating young minds through creative lessons and encouraging students to succeed. Her teaching experience includes preschool, pre-kindergarten, kindergarten, and second grade in both public school and early childhood settings. She is grateful for the opportunity to combine her love for God with her passion for teaching at Safe Harbor. In her free time, Lauren enjoys spending time with family and friends, admiring the beauty of God's creation on walks, finding new ways to be creative, and taking time to rest.
