Julia Hoshaw

Julia has called Tennessee home for the past six years after moving with her family from California in 2020. She and her husband, Greg, have been married for 14 years, and their two children, Cal and Abby, are both Safe Harbor students. One of Julia's greatest joys is having their whole family on campus together. Julia has taught kindergarten in a hybrid setting for six years and truly loves it. After spending time at home raising her children, she missed teaching, and discovering the hybrid model has been one of the greatest blessings for her family. She has enjoyed serving as a lead teacher for several years and is excited to step into the role of Early Education Program Director this year. Known for wearing silly outfits and doing funny dances in kindergarten, Julia loves making learning fun for her students. Outside of school, she enjoys studying God's Word, thrift shopping, and spending time with friends. She also has a small obsession with her beloved porch goose, Lorelei Goosemore.
