Originally from Richmond, Virginia, Brent is excited to return to Safe Harbor for his second year. He loved his time at Safe Harbor last year and looks forward to seeing what God has in store for the future. In addition to teaching at Safe Harbor, Brent spent four years serving as a teaching assistant in North Carolina. For the past 15 years, he has also traveled the country as a stand-up comedian. His experience on stage helps him connect with students and bring energy, humor, and engagement into the classroom, even with middle schoolers. When he's not traveling, Brent enjoys playing golf, working out, reading, and tackling creative projects that spark his interest.
