Ashton McCann

Ashton was born and raised in the charming town of Eagleville, Tennessee, where she continues to live with her husband, Bradley, and their three children, Lynnie Kate, Ellie Jane, and John Hendrix. The McCann family is eagerly awaiting the arrival of their fourth and final baby this fall. Ashton considers God’s faithfulness and goodness to be one of the greatest blessings in her life. After earning her teaching degree from Middle Tennessee State University, Ashton began her teaching career in 2013. Throughout her years in education, she has taught 1st, 2nd, and 7th grade, gaining valuable experience at each level. While she appreciates the unique opportunities that come with every grade, her heart is especially drawn to teaching young learners. When she is not in the classroom, Ashton enjoys spending time with her family, cheering on and coaching her children's sports teams, and working outdoors in the family garden. She is also an active member of Eagleville Community Church, where she enjoys serving on the worship team through singing. Ashton is passionate about helping children grow academically, socially, and spiritually, and she is grateful for every opportunity to invest in the lives of students and families.
